Westburne is looking for a National Marketing Specialist who can execute confidently, understands B2B distribution, and can translate strategy into disciplined delivery. This role reports to the National Marketing Manager and is accountable for campaign execution, multi-channel support across a national network, and loyalty program management. You support supplier programs, digital performance, content execution and the mechanics required to deliver measurable outcomes. The incumbent will be located in Mississauga.

You can translate strategic direction into actionable tasks, manage stakeholders, support partner programs and ensure campaigns are delivered correctly and on time. You bring strong judgment, problem solving and the ability to operate in a fast paced environment.
1. Marketing Operations & Partner Support

Manage and assist in Westburne Inbound Marketing campaign execution, including collaboration with SEM, Social, SEO, CRM, Instore and Partnership teams.

Support go-to-market planning for supplier programs, product launches and seasonal initiatives.

Create SEO friendly content

Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with Sales, Branch Managers, suppliers and marketing partners.

Coordinate with agencies, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Maintain campaign documentation, tracking sheets and performance logs.

Assist the National Marketing Manager to optimize campaigns using data signals, audience insights and performance trends.

Coordinate with performance marketers to ensure alignment across channels.

Manage Westburne’s National GMB, Response and Online reputation end-to-end

Support Westburne TV Strategy & segmentation, deployment prep and reporting.
2. Loyalty Program Management

Operate the national loyalty program end-to-end.

Manage member onboarding, communications, rewards catalogue updates and point redemption workflows.

Monitor program health metrics including activation, engagement, redemption rate and retention.

Develop monthly and quarterly program reporting to highlight performance trends.

Work with suppliers to secure loyalty offers, incentives and promotional tie ins.

Optimize program design through segmentation, targeted communications and campaign testing.

Ensure program accuracy, data cleanliness, fraud prevention checks and audit readiness.
What you bring

Strong execution capability across digital marketing channels.

Experience operating or supporting loyalty programs at scale.

Knowledge of B2B marketing, distribution dynamics and channel partner programs.

Understanding of key performance metrics, including conversions, CVR, CTR, ROAS and funnel stages.

Experience with CRM platforms, segmentation, basic automation and reporting.

Working knowledge of SEO, content creation and web optimization.

Ability to manage stakeholders and maintain cross-functional alignment.
