We are looking for an Industrial Mechanical Insulator Foreman or Ticketed Journeyman Insulator with potential to step into a foreman role in our Industrial department. The initial assignment will be supervising a crew on a project in the Edmonton area.

This is a full-time position providing hands-on leadership and supervision, ensuring the safety and productivity of crews. As a key participant in the relationship with the contractor, company, and client, the Foreman acts as a management liaison assisting in the scheduling and coordination of the project. POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Comply with Thermal’s HSE requirements for each site that you are working on and working on or with related equipment (e.g. ladders, swing stages, and scaffolds).


• Train new tradespeople as required


• Able to work in variable weather conditions


• Manage time to work on multiple projects daily

EDUCATION

• Journeyman Insulator Ticket is required


• Previous foreman or related supervisory experience is an asset


• Possession of the following safety tickets is an asset.  Must be able to acquire.




• CSTS


• Fall Protection


• WHMIS

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years related practical experience


• Current, valid drivers licenses with a clean drivers abstract


• Ability to read and interpret Architectural drawings


• Ability to work at heights


• Physically fit to work on feet for 8-10 hours
