Senior IT Infrastructure Support

Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis activities for large and complex projects and operational initiatives, providing mentorship to less experienced IT Analysts and other IT staff.
- Identify areas for improvement within IT infrastructures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with IT systems to ensure error-free functionality and user satisfaction.
- Make decisions in accordance with established policies, guidelines, and standards.
- Consult with clients on a diverse range of business activities, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Manage time effectively, handle tight deadlines, and multi-task with strong organizational skills.
- Analyze and resolve complex problems where conflicts exist between business processes and software application functionality.
- Apply a variety of standard and advanced analytical techniques and tools in business analysis activities.
- Work independently and in a team environment.
- Learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in the Information Technology industry and Desktop Support.
- Windows Desktop Support (Windows 10 and 11)
- Windows Server Support (core services: AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, NPS, etc)
- Linux Server Support in Azure
- WordPress Support (configuration on Linux)
- Entra ID (Users, Groups, Licensing, Enterprise Applications, Storage Key Management)
- Azure (Servers, AG, NSG, DNS)
- M365 (Users, Licences)
Nice to Haves:
- Experience within a tiered model environment or zero trust networks would be an asset.
- Experience with Azure DevOPS and Azure Dataverse
- Experience with PowerShell scripting
- Experience with Citrix XenDesktop, NetScaler VPN end-user support
- Experience with migration of users from 3rd party domains
- Experience with upgrading users to Windows 11
