As our new Spa Associate, you’ll be the face of this Hand & Stone location by providing outstanding customer service and attentive care that creates the foundation for an exceptional spa experience. About the role:

You’ll be our front desk receptionist that takes great care of everyone who arrives. You’ll also help maintain and prepare the facilities and rooms for our guests, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointments. Strong administration and computer skills are crucial as you’ll be responsible for running a tight ship of appointments and scheduling with our staff.

Sales will play a key part in your role here. You’ll be ringing up customers on their way out, talking up our packages, and selling them on the benefits in membership. Since our guests have such a wonderful experience, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to make a commission. 

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you’re:

Working @ Hand and Stone:

There are part-time and full-time, permanent positions available, with variable hours 5 days a week, Monday to Sunday. Starting wage here is often between $14 and $15 per hour plus commission, but can be commensurate with experience. We also offer group benefits, employee discounts, and bonuses.

We’ve got a small team you’ll be working with, so you’ll be joining a fun, friendly, and familiar group of people. 

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working reception


• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a salon or spa 


• Experience in sales would be a great asset


• Experience managing schedules, and familiarity working with scheduling software


• Minimum education is High school or equivalent
