As a not-for-profit charitable organization, we support seniors, families, people with disabilities and those living with chronic or terminal illness to live as independently as possible. With over 2,000 staff and service providers—including nurses, rehabilitation professionals, personal support workers, home support workers and office support staff—we provide services 24 hours a day, seven days a week to clients in their home and the community.

Most of our services are provided free of charge through Local Health Integration Networks (LHIN)
Some programs and services are funded by the United Way Toronto and other grants.
We are a contracted provider for LHINs in Toronto Central; Central East; Central West; Central; and Erie St. Clair. We also contract with the Homemakers and Nurses Services Programs of the City of Toronto and Durham Region.
