Farrow uses an on-line application process to assess the mutual fit between yourself and the Company. Performing the assessment will allow you to highlight your qualifications, personality and work preferances, which allows Farrow to more accurately assess your fit for the role. You will also be able to log back into the system to get a copy of your assessment.
The assessment process takes between 10-15 minutes, but you can start, save and finish the application at a later time. You also can use your LinkedIn profile to apply quicker!
