We’re a distributor of lighting, lighting accessories and warning devices. You’ll find our products on roads, trucks, trailers and job sites. Our committed staff and superior service have made Uni-Bond a trusted name in our industry.
We’re growing, and we need a strong office manager to guide our operation. We hope our search ends now, with you.
Office Manager:
Your primary goal in this role is the smooth operation of our office. Success in this role will make a big difference to our people and our bottom line. Your day-to-day tasks will fall under three areas: sales support, accounting, and administration.
Sales Support
The inside sales and customer service teams will be under your supervision. You’ll coach them, and maintain a positive environment where they can succeed. From time to time, you’ll help customer service solve tricky customer issues.
You’ll coordinate quotations and sales orders, track and adjust pricing, and create sales and commission reports. This portion of your role will benefit from your exceptional people skills and organizational prowess.
Accounting
The accounting clerk will also be under your supervision. You’ll make sure their work is timely and accurate. You’ll also handle inventory, GST and HST returns, bank reconciliation, and financial statements. Your honed Excel skills and financial acumen will serve you well.
Administration
You’ll manage payroll and personnel records. You’ll also be our compliance leader, ensuring we follow government regulations and health & safety policies. Your best asset for these tasks will be your experience in an administrative role.

The Details
This is a full-time, permanent position working weekdays in our Vaughan facility. Weekend work is rare. Salary will be between $50,000 and $60,000 and there is an opportunity for an annual bonus based on performance.
Qualifications:

Experience in an administrative role

Experience using Excel to manage data and create reports

Strong mathematical skills

Access to reliable transportation (we’re not accessible via transit)

Degree or diploma in business administration, accounting, or related field
