ICONINK is a top hospitality group looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will be supporting marketing campaigns on multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be a master task-manager who is able to verse multiple projects at once, be able to successfully implement strategy, is passionate about hospitality, and loves to try different food. Photography experience and art direction is an asset. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Collaborate with the Corporate Food & Beverage Manager and Marketing Specialist in discussing business objectives and requirements for design material from conception to completion


• Contribute ideas to the overall design and branding


• Assist in preparing various forms of content for multiple platforms


• Manage the creation/acquisition of content in concordance with business needs


• Manage costs within agreed budgets


• Utilize graphic software programs to design and produce graphics


• Edit & print menus


• Manage workload according to business priorities


• Understand brand management and upkeep all brand standards on all platforms


• Be the day to day contact for venues and liaise with marketing team and General Managers, and offer support when needed


• Be able to lead creative team and prepare clear creative briefs while utilizing effective copy-writing skills


• Be an internal communicator among the team by using project management tools including Asana and weekly meeting minutes

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

•  3-5 years of similar experience


• Completion of University/College in similar background (i.e. Marketing, Business etc.)


• Great communication skills (Written and Verbal)


• Be able to multi-task and work under pressure
