Massage therapist, esthetician developed, owned and run, CR provides 15 min. intervals between clients, a break room with fridge and microwave, comfortable treatment rooms, hydraulic tables, retail commissions, opportunities for performance-based bonuses and earnings, and advanced training.  Want to earn more as you do more? Ideal Candidate Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experienced and recently graduated massage therapists and estheticians are welcome


• Eagerness to learn and develop skills is paramount


• Ability to perform job functions with professionalism and integrity with minimal supervision


• Adaptable and accountable for all actions.


• Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote health and wellness


• Must be Customer Service oriented with a Positive Attitude and be a Team Player

Essential Job Functions for Massage therapists and Estheticians:

• Educates every guest and recommends a plan (homeware and in-spa treatment) based on the client's needs and goals  to ensure superior outcomes


• Educate clients about benefits of your professional treatments and services 


• Write and send "thank you" cards to each new-to-you client each day (to be received within 48 hrs of appointment)


• Assist in the re-booking process by promoting the health and wellness benefits to clients receiving services/treatments on a regular basis. 


• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude. 


• Generate new clientele through promoting member referral and member programs, series. 


• Complete guest session documentation accurately and completely. 


• Maintain complete knowledge of: Hours of operation and activities; All spa services and products


• Keep work area clean, stocked and neat at all times.


• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance.


• To maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the treatment rooms


• Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail in treatment room throughout shift.


• To maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene.


• Attend all training courses as deemed necessary, and staff/departmental meetings


• Perform all treatments to the highest standards.


• Assist in all areas of the spa as and when necessary. Oasis area and Reception


• Will perform as a professional, with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position, or assigned by the Management.


• Maintain current professional licenses.


• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

• Required license or certification (Virginia State and Fairfax County): Massage Therapist


• Required license or certification (Virginia State): Esthetician


• License/Certification or proof of application submission required
