Project Manager

Seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and manage commercial interior projects, including steel stud framing, drywall, and ceilings from start to finish. As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for overall success, delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, oversee project execution, and lead your team to ensure top performance on every project.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and delegating your team to ensure all deadlines and competing priorities are met.

Communication: Liaise with Superintendents and project support staff to ensure smooth delivery of work. Effectively communicate with clients to build and maintain positive working relationships.

Project Estimating: Oversee the estimating and negotiation of new projects, continuously looking for new opportunities to be awarded.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the overall budget for projects, working along with the Superintendents to ensure all costs are monitored.

Requirements

• 5 or more years working on a Construction Project Team, experience in Commercial Drywall is an asset


• 3-5 years’ management experience or 5-7 years’ experience running site crews


• Technical Diploma (Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Project Management) or Trade Certification or related industry experience
