What Will You Be Accountable For?
- Achieving and exceeding annual revenue and sales targets
- Re-engaging existing customers and driving repeat business
- Supporting strong pre-booking and scheduling practices
- Developing and maintaining a staffing strategy that maximizes productivity and efficiency
- Managing supply and vendor relationships with a cost-conscious mindset
- Increasing customer satisfaction and consistently tracking KPIs
- Performance management with open, transparent communication
- Bringing creativity to the role — from conflict resolution to new initiatives, your ideas matter
Qualifications

2–5 years of experience leading high-performing teams in a sales-driven or customer-focused environment - Proven experience in sales management, sales consulting, or business development
- Strong understanding of budgets, forecasting, and P&L management
- Leadership experience in a sales-focused role
