 What Will You Be Accountable For?



  • Achieving and exceeding annual revenue and sales targets

  • Re-engaging existing customers and driving repeat business

  • Supporting strong pre-booking and scheduling practices

  • Developing and maintaining a staffing strategy that maximizes productivity and efficiency

  • Managing supply and vendor relationships with a cost-conscious mindset

  • Increasing customer satisfaction and consistently tracking KPIs

  • Performance management with open, transparent communication

  • Bringing creativity to the role — from conflict resolution to new initiatives, your ideas matter


 Qualifications




  • 2–5 years of experience leading high-performing teams in a sales-driven or customer-focused environment

  • Proven experience in sales management, sales consulting, or business development

  • Strong understanding of budgets, forecasting, and P&L management

  • Leadership experience in a sales-focused role
