As the Lighting Project Manager based in Mississauga, you will oversee day-to-day assigned projects providing advice and guidance as required. You will act as the primary point of contact coordinating with engineering, contractors, procurement and field delivery teams. This role requires some technical knowledge in electrical lighting systems. Working closely with the Lighting Manager, you will provide a wide range of activities to support national customer lighting projects.

• You will maintain customer orders using the Direct Project Management System


• You will handle purchase order entries and maintain order tracking for all project orders


• Expedite and conduct follow-up on orders and reconcile final billings with customer purchase orders


• You will coordinate and interface between our vendors, sales team, management and our customers


• You will process shop drawings for approval/record purposes


• You will be a Brand Ambassador, by building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences. You will consistently ensure that our corporate image is reflected

Who Are You

• You have a minimum of 5+ years of related experience


• You are organized and able to manage end-to-end delivery of lighting projects

• You have strong project management processes with advanced Excel capabilities


• You are an effective communicator with the ability to convey technical and strategic information to clients and vendors


• You have knowledge of lighting drawings and shop drawing submittals


• Experience within the electrical distribution project management role an asset


• Relationships within the lighting vendor and lighting agency community an asset

• You are able to maintain positive business relationships with suppliers and customers


• You can handle multiple project demands and timelines


• You are able to work in a fast-paced environment within time constraints
