Member Happiness Specialist
We're currently looking for many enthusiastic and highly motivated problem solvers who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Member Happiness Specialist, you’ll act as a product expert able to help our customers with any questions or issues they may have.
Responsibilities
-
Answer customers emails, live chat sessions and phone call inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.

Assist customers in managing their Goodfood accounts.

Be a product expert, including our ever-changing menus and market items.

Think on your feet to devise creative solutions to any and all problems that arise.

Occasionally follow up with delivery service provider.
Qualifications
-
University or College degree completed
-
Perfectly bilingual (English and French)

1-2 years experience in a customer service related position

You're a true people person and you have a contagious happy attitude!

You have stellar written and verbal communication skills

You're passionate about understanding problems and making things right.
