Sales Account Manager
Salary: Base Salary + Commission

We're looking for rockstar Account Managers to join our the OweYaa team. We are looking for professionals who is equally passionate about making a long-lasting impact in lives of Veterans as well as driving sales and partnership growth.
The ideal candidate has solid B2B sales and account management experience. Our ideal candidate enjoys meeting and networking with entrepreneurs, startups, and corporate stakeholders. Domain experience with strong connections within the startup community is required. Most important of all, you must want to sell for social good.
If you are not in NYC, you will work from a virtual home office and must have the ability to work independently on a consistent daily schedule. You will target Founders and hiring managers across multiple industries with a focus on the tech sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS:
- Aggressively prospect, identify, qualify and close new project opportunities primarily via cold calling and networking, leveraging multiple information sources.
- Connect with and onboard clients and military community members
- Focus on building strong, in-person client relationships by intrinsically understanding the client and their needs.
- Maintain a healthy ongoing sales pipeline and track, set and achieve revenue goals and new client wins.
- Experience prospecting and closing business, selling ideas based on clients’ business objectives
- Continually growing and strengthening client relationships and build networking possibilities
- Be a consultative salesperson who provides clients with long-term strategic value and superior customer service
- Proven ability to set priorities and manage expectations
- Thrive in an entrepreneurial culture
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
