Operations and Compliance Administrative Associate – Global Impact
As an Operations and Compliance Administrative Associate, you’re primarily responsible for supporting the Finance & Business Service team by managing contract execution, organizing workflows, creating reports, and calendar management.
Responsibilities

Manage administrative components of contracts and sub-grant agreement execution including document review, securing electronic signatures, and filing on SharePoint.

Assist with managing contracts and sub-grant agreement workflows including task reminders to the team.

Organize and update filing systems as needed.

Generate regular status reporting for management.

Assist team with calendar management and meeting scheduling.

Provide other administrative support as assigned.
Qualifying for this role means that you have an associate degree with at least 2-4 years of proven experience in similar roles, or some commensurate education and experience. You’re comfortable supporting multiple team members in a virtual workplace setting. Details are a strong suit for you, as well as communicating effectively in a fast-paced environment. You appreciate being agile as business needs change, and you can support your team with organized, accurate data. You have experience with Microsoft Office and Asana.

Working at Global Impact
This is a full-time position and may be fully remote, with travel to headquarters in Washington, DC for team meetings on occasion. Local employees are in a hybrid work model, with 1-4 days per month in our Washington, DC headquarters office. Visa sponsorship is not available.

The salary range is $52,000. - $59,000. depending on the experience you bring. On top of the competitive salary that we are offering, you’ll receive 16 paid holidays and 25 paid days off.
