The Position
The Team Operations Manager partners with senior members of the Donor Advising Team (DAT), as well as other team members across Global Impact Ventures, to design and implement best-in-class cross-functional coordination, process optimization, and systems management so that DAT operates at maximum efficiency and impact for clients and the team. You operate with clarity, confidence, and a genuine commitment to creating a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with DAT leadership to execute annual goals and priorities
- Manage team operations, processes, and administrative tools
- Develop and maintain the team’s rhythm of business (ROB)
- Own team meetings, retreats, and planning moments
- Support talent management processes and team culture
- Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement
- Provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership
- May oversee contractors or vendor management and participate in internal committees
Qualifying for this role means that you have 4+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment with strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. You’re discreet, have high EQ, and are able to function with autonomy. The ability to influence without direct authority and build strong stakeholder relationships is essential. You’re detail-oriented, adaptable, and have experience in operations, team development, and budget management.
A bachelor’s degree is required. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Asana) is required. Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM platforms is desirable.

The salary range for this role is $72,000 – $85,000 depending on the experience you bring. On top of the competitive salary that we are offering, you’ll receive 16 paid holidays and 25 paid days off. We provide an excellent benefits plan including parental leave, medical, dental, short-term and long-term disability, and a robust 401K program.
There is limited domestic travel required, and a Philadelphia-area location is preferred, but not required.
