Senior IT Generalist
Position Summary:
The Senior IT Generalist serves as the organization's primary owner of enterprise technology platforms, integrations, and systems infrastructure — balancing hands-on execution with strategic oversight. The Senior IT Generalist partners closely with subject-matter experts across the business, a dedicated fractional support resource for day-to-day helpdesk needs, and an external managed service provider (MSP) responsible for cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance.

-
Manage user onboarding and offboarding, ensuring timely and secure provisioning/de-provisioning of accounts and equipment.
-
Oversee training of users on enterprise platforms, either directly or in partnership with platform SMEs.
-
Track and maintain equipment inventory across the business.
Security & Compliance Partnership
-
Serve as the internal point of contact for the organization's managed service provider (MSP) on cybersecurity, information security, and data privacy compliance matters.

Support implementation of data governance and privacy policies aligned with ISO 27001 objectives, in coordination with the MSP.
-
Coordinate recurring, required employee training on cybersecurity and data privacy delivered in partnership with the MSP.
