Product Manager (Privacy, Wellness & TeleHealth)

Position Summary

The Product Manager, Privacy, Wellness & Telehealth reports to the VP of Product, and defines and drives the success of Mamava’s new line of privacy, wellness, and telehealth pods. This role balances strategic vision and hands-on execution: identifying new market opportunities, defining product strategy and roadmaps, and ensuring the timely delivery of meaningful, high-quality solutions. The Product Manager aligns customer needs, business strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen Mamava’s position as a leader in inclusive wellness spaces.

This is a salaried, full time position based in Burlington, VT with a hybrid office schedule.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define product strategy, vision, and desired outcomes aligned to Mamava's mission and business goals, ensuring our physical spaces deliver measurable value in privacy, wellness and telehealth access and associated business cases that clearly articulate strategic priorities and measurable outcomes.

  • Lead market analysis, competitive positioning, and customer research to inform the roadmap and identify emerging trends in privacy, wellness, and telehealth.

  • Continuously analyze market trends, competition, and technology advancements to inform product decisions.

  • Lead portfolio strategy and lifecycle management; from conception through launch, interaction and obsolescence.

  • Own the product’s success in the market driving adoption, revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction (NPS, retention).

  • Create pricing strategies and manage product financial performance to maximize profitability and competitive positioning.

  • Develop and maintain a multi-quarter product roadmap. 

  • Partner with executives, Sales, Marketing, and customer stakeholders to define product direction and go-to-market plans.

  • Set and track KPIs, and success metrics that measure both strategic impact and operational performance including adoption, revenue, usage, reliability, NPS and retention.

  • Operation across horizons, identifying long-term strategic opportunities while prioritizing near-term decisions that deliver customer and business impact.

  • Operate at both strategic and execution levels deciding what problems to solve and why, while ensuring effective delivery.

Execution & Delivery Management

  • Translate product strategy into product requirements that specify physical experience, functional performance, durability, manufacturability, accessibility, and cost.

  • Lead stage gate process end-to-end and ensure clear communication of priorities and outcomes to cross-functional partners.

  • Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and Manufacturing to deliver valuable, high-quality products.

  • Partner with operations, sales, and marketing teams to ensure smooth rollout, adoption, and lifecycle management of new products or services.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment

  • Work closely with the Vice President of Product and fellow product managers to align strategies and share insights across product categories.

  • Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, specifically the Product Marketing Manager, and Operations to ensure roadmap alignment and cross-functional readiness.

  • Support go-to-market execution by providing product training, positioning, and launch assets as needed.

  • Represent the voice of the customer inside Mamava, ensuring every product reinforces our brand promise of comfort, privacy, access, and dignity.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Regularly assess product performance through metrics, customer feedback, and competitive insights.

  • Identify opportunities for optimization and feature enhancement based on data-driven learnings.

  • Contribute to portfolio-level decision-making through insights on resource allocation, trade-offs, and category performance.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5–7 years of product management experience, ideally with physical products or services in wellness, healthcare, or related industries.

  • Proven ability to define and execute product strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable customer and market success.

  • Experience with product lifecycle management—from strategy and roadmap through backlog management and release execution.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with technical and non-technical teams.

  • Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

  • Background in wellness, healthcare, telehealth, or connected product ecosystems.

  • Experience launching products that blend physical experiences with digital or service components.

  • Familiarity with privacy, accessibility, and compliance considerations in wellness or healthcare settings.

  • Passion for mission-driven work that supports families, care, and inclusion.

Salary: $110000 – $120000
