IT Manager/Systems Integrator
Position Summary
The IT Manager/Systems Integrator reports to the CFO and is responsible for overseeing the organization’s core enterprise systems and IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, security, and scalability. This includes managing the integration and administration of key platforms.
Additionally, they will play a key part in helping Mamava leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies to drive innovation, automation, and efficiency across teams — enabling smarter, data-driven decision making and improved productivity company-wide.
The IT Manager provides leadership and oversight of IT help desk services, network infrastructure, and information security initiatives. They are a proactive problem-solver with strong project and change management experience, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
This is a salaried, full-time position working a hybrid office schedule in Burlington, VT.
Responsibilities
Enterprise Systems Management & Integrations

Administer and optimize enterprise platforms.

Own and maintain integrations and automations within and across enterprise systems.

Oversee system integrations, data governance, and workflow automation to improve efficiency and collaboration.

Evaluate and recommend technology enhancements that align with business goals.

Identify, implement, and scale AI-driven solutions that enhance core systems and business processes, in partnership with cross-functional teams.
IT Operations & Infrastructure

Manage IT help desk operations, ensuring timely, effective, and customer-focused support.

Oversee all aspects of network infrastructure, including performance monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades.

Lead cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring compliance with best practices, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Ensure responsible and secure use of AI tools and automation platforms, maintaining data privacy and compliance.
Project & Change Management

Lead IT-related projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

Drive organizational adoption of new systems and processes through structured change management practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders to explore, pilot, and scale AI applications that improve productivity, customer experience, and decision quality.
Leadership & Collaboration

Mentor and support IT team members (fractional) and strategic vendor partners, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Partner with business stakeholders to identify and address technology needs.

Serve as the primary point of escalation for critical system and infrastructure issues.

Champion a culture of digital innovation, guiding teams on the practical and ethical use of AI in daily work.

Travel as needed to our manufacturing facility in Springfield, VT.
Qualifications
Required
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

7+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3+ years in a management or architect-level role.

Proven success managing enterprise systems including or similar to Google Workspace, HubSpot, SageX3, Monday.com, JIRA, Tableau, Rippling and Slack.

Familiarity with AI technologies, automation frameworks, or data analytics tools, and demonstrated ability to evaluate and implement digital solutions that drive process improvement and innovation.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity principles.

Demonstrated experience leading IT projects and driving organizational change.

Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
Preferred
-
Experience in ERP administration (especially SageX3), CRM optimization, and cloud-based integration platform as a service (iPaaS) and automation tool (Workato preferred).

Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, CCNA, Google Workspace Admin).

Experience in scaling IT systems in a fast-growing organization.
