A Little About You:
We are looking for a self-starter - a Warehouse Crew Member is a person with a high aptitude for organization, proactive communication, and physical stamina. Throughout a regular workday, you’ll need to balance extreme attention to detail along with repetitive intervals of heavy lifting. You’ll also need to be able to function within the varying temperatures of the seasons, along with the usual dust and dirt found in this type of environment. You must also be okay with loud music, as we do tend to kick out the jams.
The daily workflow in the warehouse is a balance between individual tasks and larger projects, which requires the entire team to work together seamlessly. We rely on each other’s stellar organizational skills, good judgment, and thoroughness, to complete individual tasks, while also supporting and coordinating with other team members. The ability to prioritize and focus, while remaining adaptable to our constant growth and change, is essential. We put top value on clear and respectful communication between all team members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment by keeping workstations neat
Organizing stock throughout the warehouse.
Involved with processing incoming stock, palletizing materials, crates, and other containers.
Restocks picking areas and assists with the physical counting of inventory.
Use pallet jack to load and unload containers.
Communicate positively with supervisors and fellow team members.
Skills and Qualifications:
Follow safe working procedures.
Ability to stand and/or walk for several hours at a time.
Ability to repeatedly lift and move objects up to 80 lbs.
Forklift Certification preferred
Reports to: Logistics & Supply Chain Assistant Manager
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Compensation: This is a full-time position starting at $15.00/hour
