In this full-time position, you’ll work with clients, and coordinate with the Production team to make our clients’ ideas into beautifully crafted Scout Books! Bring your winning customer service skills to delight customers and exceed their expectations. Create a seamless experience while you gather all of the project and order details to get ready to put into production. Track team sales revenue, share challenges and celebrate wins as we measure our progress.
You must have the ability to follow standard work, and also be flexible in this deadline-driven field and customer-facing role. We’re all about continuous improvement and you should be comfortable talking through mistakes and willing to try new things. It’s important to stay calm and rational during unforeseen challenges as well as being an open and kind communicator. Provide exceptional service, set up client orders for production, manage client accounts and relationships, grow sales and generate leads and become a Scout Books brand ambassador.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
OSX; Adobe Creative Suite; Trello; HelpScout; OnePage CRM (Or alternative CRM); Meticulous attention to detail; Excellent communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email; Strong writing skills, with a clear and personable tone; Experience in customer service, project management, or in the print industry, Ability to gather and coordinate many details of several orders at one time.
$16.50-18.50 per hour, depending on experience
