Customer Service Representative
Your primary goal in this position is to provide our customers with the best experience possible.
You’ll help our customers over the phone, in person and online. You’ll take orders, give custom quotes, handle all inquiries and write accurate work orders. You’ll also take care of quality assurance, ensuring that all final products have no fingerprints or scratches and are ready for delivery or pick up for the courier.
As well as being the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll also maintain our CRM program during downtime. You’ll be person who keeps track of purchase orders, price lists, and key statistical information.
You’ll take care of cash reconciliation and process all payments for our customers. You’ll also pitch in to keep the store looking neat and tidy and set up displays at the entrance of our driveway.

The Details
This is a full time, permanent position working out of our location in Burnaby Heights. You’ll work Monday-Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm. We close for 2 weeks in the summer, and between Christmas and New Year’s.
This is an entry-level position offering a salary between $13 - $15 per hour ($26,000 - $30,000 per year), depending on your experience. You’ll also receive extended health and dental benefits after 3 months which includes 80% dental coverage with a cap per year, disability, extended health, and insurance.
We have an accessible central location, close to public transit. We are located near Gilmore Station and multiple bus routes.

Qualifications
- Experience or aptitude in customer service (an asset)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Exceptional spelling and proofreading skills to ensure final print is accurate
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel for building and maintaining office spreadsheets (asset)
- High school completion
