Client Account Assistant:
As our new Client Account Assistant, your main goal is to support our account managers with administrative tasks related to their clients’ insurance needs. By keeping their policies (and our systems) up-to-date and accurate, you’ll keep our clients happy from behind-the-scenes.
Your days here will offer a lot of variety. You’ll handle a wide range of tasks like preparing client communications, proofreading and processing documents (renewals, policy changes, confirmations of insurance, etc.), monitoring and updating client accounts, as well as other general office duties.
Your organization and ninja-level attention to detail will be your greatest assets in this role. You won’t let anything slip through the cracks, and you’re always looking for ways to improve processes and procedures, so we can be more efficient.
You have outstanding communication skills, and no matter who you interact with – your team, our clients, or insurance carriers – you’re able to get your message across clearly and effectively.
You demonstrate positivity, professionalism, and respect for others in all interactions. On a small team like ours, we rely on one another, and everyone makes an impact. No task is too big or too small for you. Your team knows they can count on you, no matter what.

This is a full time, permanent position based out of our Waterloo office, working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. We believe in rewarding your successes, so we offer a competitive base salary and performance bonuses.
Here are our must haves:
Experience working in an administrative role
Experience providing customer service or client support
Advanced computer skills and an ability to quickly learn how to use our state-of-the-art technology
Desire to obtain necessary insurance licenses, within 3 months of starting with us: RIBO, OTL, LLQP
And if you have any of the following, it would be an asset:
Experience in the financial services industry, banking or in the insurance industry
RIBO, OTL, LLQP licenses
