That’s where you come in. We’re looking for new full time Production Associates to join us as we continue to grow.
As our new Production Associate, your role will be to provide physical and technical support for a variety of tasks across our various production lines. You should have good mechanical aptitude, strong basic math and measuring skills, and great common sense and attention to detail.
To succeed in this role, you should also have good industrial manufacturing experience, and be hardworking and dependable. You’ll have the opportunity to do many different tasks in a given day, and learn different jobs throughout the plant. We want someone who’s not afraid to ask questions, learn, and work hard.
Additionally, you’ll be spending a lot of your time working with others, so it’s important that you be a good team player, and have strong communication skills.
Practically speaking, you will be:
- Loading and unloading factory equipment/machines
- Moving and using raw and finished materials
- Checking and measuring various products
- Supporting machine operators/technicians with physical/technical tasks
- Following work instructions and procedures

- Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Strong basic math and measuring skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Experience reading blueprints/drawings would be an asset
- Physically fit, and capable of lifting 50+lbs
- Must be able to pass a criminal record check
- High school diploma or equivalent
