THM Group is seeking an experienced Business to Business Sales Specialist with a proven “hunter” sales attitude to represent us in your area.
We sell one of the most powerful disaster recovery solutions in the world. By combining intelligent software with the power of the cloud, we’re able to crack the disaster recovery cost barrier without complex, expensive hardware enabling any company to restore operations in minutes with a push of a bottom.
The Role
- Prospecting, networking, and booking appointments with decision makers to present solution
- Following up on house leads to grow sales
- Closing contracts and enjoying residual income from those sales
Skills Required
- B2B sales experience
- Technical savvy to understand and communicate a technical solution
- comfortable with high volume of cold calling
- brilliant at building relationships and networks
- excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- able to work in synch with the technical, lead-generation, and back-office teams
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM is an asset
Compensation
- Extremely Competitive Commission (uncapped)
- Plus Residual Sales
- Sales incentives and performance bonuses
